The register
Enrolments, payments, driving hours: everything sits in a notebook only one person can read.
Made in Bamako, for driving schools
Enrolments, instalment payments, exams and SMS in one place — and your learners revise the highway code on their phone, in French or in Bambara, with voice, even without internet.
Today
Enrolments, payments, driving hours: everything sits in a notebook only one person can read.
A learner pays in three parts. Who paid what, and when? You find out on exam day.
Photocopies that wear out, practice series nobody marks, and no idea who is ready.
Many learners fail the theory test because they struggle to read French — not because they don’t know the road.
On video

The owner

The secretary
Summons a whole exam session in one move.

What Nekacode does
01 · Learners and till
Enrolment takes a minute. Instalments track themselves, and the day’s till closes to the last franc.
02 · Exams and summons
Nekacode tells you who is ready for the exam. You present, you summon: the summons goes out by SMS, and so does the result.
03 · Classroom session
You project a series of questions on the wall. Your learners answer from their phones, and the ranking appears at the end.
04 · The learner app
Your learners revise on their phone, in French or in Bambara. Every question can be read and heard; lessons, series and mock tests work without a connection.
05 · Driving schedule
Your instructors and learners say when they are free. Nekacode suggests the rounds; you approve them, and the day sheet prints.
06 · Receipts and tracking
Every action keeps its author and date. The owner sees the till, unpaid balances and activity, even far from the office.
The learner app
Anyone can download Nekacode and revise the highway code for free. The day they enrol in a driving school, they enter its code: their file, payments and exam date follow them in their pocket.
I bɛ se ka sira sariyaw kalan i yɛrɛ ka kan na.
“You can learn the highway code in your own language.”
How it works
We open your space and bring in your learners, their payments and their instalments with you.
Enrol, take payment, summon: each step takes a minute, and the SMS go out on their own.
They revise every day in their language, and you know who is ready before presenting them.
Who it’s for
Sees the till, unpaid balances and activity, even far from the office.
Enrols, takes payment and summons without searching a notebook.
Knows the day’s round and logs the lessons.
Revises the highway code in their language and follows their file without travelling.
Pricing
You pay by number of active learners, SMS included. The whole software is included at every tier, and the app is free for your learners.
Frequently asked questions
The learner app, yes: lessons, series, mock tests and voices download once, then work offline. Results are sent when the network comes back. The school’s space needs internet — a phone connection is enough.
It is yours. Each driving school only sees its own learners, and nothing is erased: a mistake is corrected with a reason, and every action keeps its author and date. You can export your lists at any time.
By mobile money, bank transfer or cash, for one month or several — the longer the period, the bigger the discount. Every payment gives you a numbered receipt.
You stop whenever you want: there is no commitment, the subscription is simply not renewed. Your lists remain exportable.
They still get their SMS: welcome, receipt, summons, result. The app needs an Android phone; without it, the school keeps all the tracking.
The same day: we open your space and you enrol your first learner in a few minutes. As for your register, we bring it in with you.
